One thing worth knowing: per Hualapai tribal rules, personal items aren't permitted on the bridge - free lockers are provided, and cameras stay behind. The views are the souvenir.
Eagle Point, Then Lunch on the Rim
Just outside the Skywalk, Eagle Point is named for the formation in the canyon walls that resembles an eagle spreading her wings. This is where you'll experience Hualapai culture firsthand: an Indian Village with dwellings constructed in traditional methods, plus occasional Native American performances.
The day wraps at Guano Point, where lunch is served at the Skywalk Restaurant on a plateau surrounded on three sides by the Grand Canyon. Afterward, take the walkabout trail out to the high point for one last panorama - it's one of the most scenic spots on the West Rim.
Who This Flight Is For
Travelers ages 2 and up who want the canyon experience without the drive. Infants under 2 fly free on a parent's lap, though they're discouraged from this tour due to the amount of walking. Three numbers worth knowing before you book:

Two honest notes: the terrain is uneven with stairs and areas without guard rails, so this tour isn't suitable for anyone with mobility challenges. And if you'd rather make it the biggest canyon day possible, a helicopter descent version of this tour adds a canyon-floor landing.

- Tribal rules apply. Outside food and alcoholic drinks are not allowed at Grand Canyon West; lunch is provided.
- Bring sun protection and a camera. Sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen - and the camera for everything except the Skywalk itself.
