What is the Skywalk experience like?
The Skywalk is an architectural marvel that extends 65 feet over the edge of the canyon. Looking through the glass floor, you are suspended 4,000 feet above the canyon floor.
What cultural experiences are available?
At Eagle Point, you can visit an Indian Village with traditional dwellings and enjoy occasional Native American performances to learn about Hualapai culture.
Where do we eat lunch?
Lunch is provided at Guano Point at the Skywalk Restaurant, which is situated on a plateau surrounded on three sides by the Grand Canyon.
What are the lunch menu options?
Lunch choices include Chicken Tenders, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Cheeseburger, Impossible Burger, BBQ Chicken Sandwich, BBQ Pork Sandwich, or a Vegan BBQ Sandwich.
Can I bring my own food or alcohol?
No. Due to Hualapai tribal rules, outside food and alcoholic drinks are not allowed.
What if I choose not to participate in certain activities?
This is an inclusive tour. If you choose not to participate in any of the activities, the cost will remain the same.
Can I add a helicopter descent?
Yes. Guests may add an approximately 20-minute helicopter journey departing from Grand Canyon West - descending 3,500 feet below the rim to land just 300 feet above the Colorado River. Should weather or other circumstances render this option unavailable on the day of your tour, only the helicopter option amount is refunded.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Are there physical restrictions for this tour?
Yes. This tour is not suitable for anyone with mobility challenges due to uneven ground, stairs, and a lack of guard rails in certain walking areas.
Is this tour suitable for infants?
The tour is open to ages 2 and up, and infants under 2 fly free on a parent's lap - however, infants are discouraged from this tour due to the amount of walking involved.
Is there a weight limit for the aircraft?
Passengers over 285 lbs will be assessed an additional $150.00 fee by the aircraft operator, payable at check-in.
WHAT TO BRING & WHAT TO WEAR
What should I bring?
We recommend sunscreen, hats, and a camera. Please dress in layers appropriate for the weather, as the tour operates rain or shine.
Are there restricted items?
Federal law prohibits carrying hazardous materials (compressed gases, explosives, flammable liquids, etc.) on the aircraft.

When does the tour depart?
The tour operates year-round, weather permitting, with a morning departure from Deer Valley Airport in Phoenix. Departure times are confirmed after booking - we confirm availability and your exact flight time once your reservation is received.
Does the flight go directly to the canyon?
The flight is a narrated scenic experience from Phoenix to the West Rim. Please note that flights may make additional stops.
PICKUP & TRANSPORTATION
Is hotel pickup available?
No. Hotel pickup is not offered; the tour departs from Deer Valley Airport in Phoenix only, and transportation to the airport is not provided.
BOOKING & POLICIES
How much does the tour cost?
2 guests: $937 per person. 3-9 guests: $799 per person. Infants under 2 years old fly free on a parent's lap. Solo travelers and parties of more than 9, please reach out through our contact page.
How do reservations work?
Reservations are required. This tour is booked on a first-come, first-served basis - we will confirm availability with you after booking.
