What will we see on the Sedona Day Tour?
The tour includes a stop at Montezuma Castle National Monument, views of iconic red rock formations such as Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Airport Mesa, Snoopy Rock, and Submarine Rock, and a visit to the Chapel of the Holy Cross. You will also have free time to explore Uptown Sedona or walk to the Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village.
Is there free time during the tour?
Yes. You will have free time to explore Uptown Sedona, browse local galleries and shops, or enjoy a meal. You can also walk to the nearby Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village. If you prefer not to shop, let your guide know and they can take you through a scenic portion of Oak Creek Canyon instead.
What kind of vehicle is used for the tour?
We use top-of-the-line, high-roof touring vans that seat a maximum of 13 guests. Each van has oversized windows for sightseeing, a clear speaker system for guided narration, and USB charging ports.
How long is the tour?
The tour lasts approximately 10–11 hours. Departure is between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, and return time is typically between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
REQUIREMENTS
Is this tour physically demanding?
No. This is an easy sightseeing tour suitable for children, seniors, and most fitness levels. Casual walking on paved and gravel surfaces is all that is required.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes, the minimum age is 3 years old.
What about child car seats?
Arizona law requires children under 8 years old to ride in an approved child safety seat or booster. We do not provide child seats, so you must bring your own. Please review our Arizona child car seat requirements for details.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
Public tours require a minimum number of participants to operate. Our office will contact you if a tour needs to be rescheduled or combined.
PRICING
How much does the tour cost?
Adults are $169 per person and children ages 3–12 are $95 per person. A $5 per person fuel surcharge is added at checkout. All taxes and National Monument entrance fees are included in the listed price.

GEAR & EQUIPMENT
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend bringing a camera, sunscreen, a hat, and a reusable water bottle. Bottled water is provided throughout the day.
What should I wear?
Sedona is typically 10–15 degrees cooler than Phoenix/Scottsdale, so dress in layers. Comfortable, closed-toed shoes are recommended, and you should bring water, sunscreen, and a hat.

What time does the tour depart?
The tour departs daily between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Your exact pickup time and location will be confirmed after booking. Return time is typically between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
RESERVATIONS
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, reservations are required for all Sedona tours.
Where does the tour pick up?
We pick up from select hotels in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe area. To minimize drive time, we may ask you to meet at a nearby hotel; our office will contact you after booking with your exact pickup details.
CANCELLATION POLICY
What is the cancellation policy?
This tour has a 72-hour cancellation policy. If your plans change, you must notify us in writing at least 72 hours prior to the day of your tour to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 72 hours are charged 100% of the tour fee.
