Tour Itinerary
Your adventure begins with departure from Deer Valley Airport in Phoenix. The approximately one-hour flight heads north across Arizona, passing over the Tonto National Forest with a scenic pass through the red rock formations of Sedona, then soaring past the San Francisco Peaks - Arizona's highest mountains - the colorful Painted Desert, and Navajo lands. Along the way, watch Arizona's topography change from desert to brush land to high alpine forest.
Continuing right over the rim, the aircraft performs an exclusive 20-30 minute overflight of the Grand Canyon's widest and deepest point, flying approximately 1,000 feet above the South Rim - a route only a few are allowed to fly. This is an aerial tour only and does not land at the Grand Canyon. After the canyon experience, enjoy a direct one-hour flight back to Phoenix.
