ITINERARY
Meet your guides in Phoenix (Papago Park area), then start with a brief orientation covering gear, safety checks, and rappelling basics. After gearing up, you’ll take a short hike over uneven desert terrain to the rappel site while guides set up anchors. You’ll practice body position, braking technique, and controlled movement on rope before completing multiple rappels with guide support the entire time. Expect a fun challenge, great views, and plenty of encouragement as you progress.

Please note: Bees may be present; you will need to bring your medications if you are deathly allergic.

Cost:  2-4 Guests - $250/person; 5-10 Guests - $205/person

• An automatic 15% gratuity will be added to groups 8+.
• Private tours available for a one-time fee of $200.
• Call for parties of 11+.

Includes:  Permits & entry fees, skilled guide(s), all necessary rappelling gear & safety equipment, water refills & snacks.  Guides carry First Aid kits & cell phones.

Season:  This tour is available year round, weather dependent.

• October-April: 7:00am-8:00am, and 1:00pm
• May-September: 5:00am

Skill level:  Beginner to Advanced, but a good base fitness level is required.  

Notes:  Reservations required; 2-person minimum. Most tours are group tours unless the private tour fee is added. Minimum age is 8 years old. Guests must fit into harnesses (up to 42" waist). Not recommended for guests who are pregnant or have knee, hip, or back issues. Hiking involves uneven desert terrain. If you have allergies to bee stings, please bring your medications. Closed-toe shoes are required, In order to do our part to reduce waste guests must bring their own water bottles; we will have filtered water to refill bottles as necessary.
