Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend from Phoenix & Scottsdale

Antelope Canyon, one of the most photographed locations in Arizona is an amazing natural wonder.  If you want to visit Antelope Canyon, then we’re your huckleberry.  This guided tour from Phoenix and Scottsdale will take you across Arizona’s picturesque landscape.  You’ll depart the Valley of the Sun and within minutes you’ll be traveling through the Sonoran Desert – the world’s warmest (not hottest) and wettest desert.  You’ll see the iconic Saguaro cactus, Ocotillo (the original barbed wire) and myriad other plants.

You’ll skirt the Route 66 town of Flagstaff, a high-elevation mountain town at the base of Arizona’s highest point – the San Francisco peaks.  From there you’ll continue north to the Navajo Reservation, including a stop at a historic trading post (try the frybread – we’re not kidding).  There is a museum that is a must visit at this stop.

From there we’ll beeline to Page, Arizona.  You’ll join a Navajo guide as they take you through the amazing natural formations that make Lower Antelope Canyon famous.  Photo opportunities are plentiful, and these will be pictures your family will actually like.  Then we’ll head to a local restaurant for a group lunch.

Our next stop will be at Horseshoe Bend.  You’ll navigate a 1.5-mile hike to the overlook where you’ll be able get even more pictures of this iconic Arizona landmark.  Once done, we’ll head back to Phoenix & Scottsdale.
