It's a full-day private guided tour from Phoenix or Scottsdale to the Grand Canyon South Rim, combining a luxury ground tour with a breathtaking 45-minute helicopter flight over the canyon's deepest sections.

How long is the tour?
The tour lasts 11-13 hours. Tours typically depart between 6:00-7:00 AM and return between 7:00-8:00 PM.

How much time do we spend at the Grand Canyon?
You'll spend approximately 3 hours inside Grand Canyon National Park. Note: Your time on foot at the rim will be shortened due to the helicopter flight.

What does the helicopter flight cover?
The 45-minute helicopter tour covers approximately 80 miles, showcasing Marble Canyon, Pointe Imperial, Little Colorado River, the Dragon Corridor, and the North Rim.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

What is the minimum age?
Children must be at least 3 years old.

How difficult is the tour?
Easy to moderate. Casual walking on paved or maintained paths.

Are there weight restrictions for the helicopter?
Yes. Body weight is required at booking. Passengers over 300 lbs must purchase an additional helicopter seat (paid directly to the helicopter operator).

What should I wear?
Comfortable closed-toe shoes, weather-appropriate layers, hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.


WHAT'S INCLUDED

What's included in the tour?
The tour includes round-trip luxury transportation from most Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Tempe hotels, a private expert guide, 45-minute helicopter flight over the Grand Canyon, Grand Canyon National Park entrance fees, and unlimited bottled water.

What's not included?
Meals, guide gratuities, and third-party activities are not included. Guests may bring food or purchase meals during the day.

Bring comfortable closed-toe shoes, weather-appropriate layers, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, camera, medications, and a small bag for personal essentials.

What happens if the helicopter flight is canceled due to weather?
If the helicopter flight is canceled due to weather conditions, the helicopter portion will be refunded (the ground tour portion is not refundable).

Is there a fee for non-US citizens?
Yes, the National Park Service requires a $100 per person Non-Resident Fee for all non-U.S. citizens visiting select national parks, including the Grand Canyon.

How much does the tour cost?
1 guest: $1,475. 2 guests: $925/person. 3-5 guests: $665/person. 6-8 guests: $605/person. 9-13 guests: $535/person. Plus a $40/group fuel surcharge added at checkout.

Are reservations required?
Yes, reservations are required. Body weight is required at booking.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the tour date, at which point all sales are final and no refunds will be given. We do not offer refunds or credits for cancelled flights or illness unless notified outside the cancellation period. We highly recommend booking your tour on a date that occurs at least two days after you arrive.
