Your guide picks you up at your Valley resort or residence in a private vehicle during the customized 6 to 7 AM window. The day combines flexible South Rim touring with a 25-minute private-group helicopter flight over the canyon, with time at the overlooks and village stops. The itinerary bends around your pace and interests before the return drive and door-to-door drop-off.

- Booking note: charter rates are per vehicle, plus $329 per person for the helicopter. A $40 per-vehicle fuel surcharge applies. Individual weights are required for the FAA manifest; passengers 300 lbs (136 kg) or more require an additional helicopter seat. A $100 non-resident NPS fee applies to international visitors.

How does private pickup work? ▼
Complimentary door-to-door pickup is included from your Valley resort, hotel, or vacation rental. The departure time is customized to your group, typically between 6 and 7 AM, and confirmed the day before. Pickup covers Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe.
What are the helicopter weight and safety rules? ▼
Every guest's individual weight is required for the FAA flight manifest. Passengers weighing 300 lbs (136 kg) or more must purchase an additional helicopter seat under FAA weight and balance rules. The flight is weather dependent; if it is cancelled, the helicopter portion is refunded but the ground tour portion is not.
Can we customize the South Rim itinerary? ▼
Yes. Because this is a private charter, the guide builds the day around your group's pace and interests, with flexible time at the rim overlooks and village stops before or after the helicopter flight.
What should I wear and bring? ▼
Wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes, layers for the 7,000-foot rim, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Bring a camera, a government-issued photo ID, and any medications. Leave loose items secured for the flight.
What is this tour's cancellation and rescheduling policy? ▼
Strict 72-hour window. Send cancellations or changes in writing through our contact form; replies to your confirmation email cannot be processed. More than 72 hours out, you receive a full refund minus card processing fees; inside 72 hours or a no-show, the booking is charged in full. If 360 Adventures cancels for severe conditions, you receive a 100% refund including fees.
