Tour Itinerary

Your sunset adventure begins with pickup from your Phoenix or Scottsdale hotel or resort in the H1 Hummer. As we leave the city behind, the late-afternoon light begins to stretch across the desert, setting the stage for the ride ahead. We enter the Tonto National Forest and immediately feel the Hummer settle into the rugged terrain on Saguaro-lined trails and rocky desert paths.

We push toward the base of the Four Peaks, gaining elevation as the sun lowers toward the western horizon. At a scenic overlook, we pause to stretch, take photos, and watch the desert glow shift from gold to amber to rose. Your guide shares the history of the region and points out the ridgelines and landmarks that make this area one of Arizona’s most dramatic backdrops.

As twilight settles in, we continue the descent, covering nearly 20 miles of breathtaking desert vistas. Depending on conditions, we may ford a 2.5-foot-deep river crossing along the way. We return you to your resort after dark, with the desert sky still lingering in your memory.
