What is the Evening Hot Air Balloon Flight?
This is a 3.5-4 hour guided hot air balloon flight over the Sonoran Desert during the golden hour, featuring champagne toast and gourmet hors d'oeuvres upon landing.
How long is the flight?
The flight lasts approximately 45-60 minutes. Total tour duration is 3-4 hours without hotel transfers and 4-5 hours with hotel transfers.
What time does the tour start?
Meeting time is approximately 2.5 hours prior to sunset. Your exact time will be confirmed upon booking.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
What is the minimum age?
Participants must be at least 5 years old and at least 48 inches tall.
Are there physical restrictions?
Guests must be able to climb in/out of the basket unaided. No pregnant guests or guests with recent surgery or broken bones. All passengers must complete a waiver before the tour.
What should I wear?
Comfortable closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate layers are recommended.

When is this tour available?
Afternoon balloon tours are available seasonally from November 1 through March 15.
Do tours run in bad weather?
Flights are weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule.
PRICING & BOOKING
How much does the tour cost?
$259 per person for the adult shared afternoon flight. Rates are subject to 9% taxes and fees.
Are reservations required?
Yes, reservations are required. Shared tours require a minimum of four passengers to operate.
What is the cancellation policy?
This tour has a 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 72 hours will be charged 100% of the tour fee.
