The flight lasts approximately 30 minutes, timed to the season's sunset.
What will I see?
The Sonoran Desert at golden hour, historic landmarks, rivers and lakes, rugged desert cliffs, and the Phoenix and Scottsdale city lights beginning to sparkle across the valley — with panoramic views stretching over 100 miles. Your route is tailored to your flight, so no two evenings are quite the same.
Is this a private or shared tour?
This is a private flight. The helicopter is reserved exclusively for your party — the classic couples flight is for up to 2 guests, and separate parties are never grouped together.
How much does the flight cost?
$725 per couple for the classic private flight. Larger aircraft, longer routes, and full-evening arrangements (dinner reservations, champagne toast) are quoted personally — reach out through our contact page and tell us what you have in mind.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Are there weight limits for the flight?
Yes. The maximum weight is 300 lbs per seat, with a maximum combined passenger weight of 550 lbs. For aircraft performance and balance, all guests are weighed at check-in so flight operations can balance the aircraft.
How difficult is the tour?
This tour is rated Easy — no physical exertion is required. Guests must be able to climb into and out of the helicopter.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Desert evenings cool off quickly, so a light layer is a good idea.
What should I bring?
Sunglasses for the golden hour, and a camera or phone with plenty of storage — the magic hour is made for photos.

This experience operates year-round, weather permitting. Departure times vary with the season and are timed to the sunset — your exact flight time is confirmed after booking.
What happens if the weather is bad?
This is a weather-dependent helicopter flight. We monitor conditions closely and operate only when it is safe to fly. If weather or operational conditions prevent your flight, we will coordinate with you to reschedule for the next available window or issue a full refund.
PICKUP & TRANSPORTATION
Where does the flight depart from?
Flights depart from Scottsdale Airpark, where you'll meet your pilot and board your private helicopter.
Is transportation included?
No. Ground transportation to and from Scottsdale Airpark is not included — guests arrange their own.
How early should we arrive?
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in, weigh-in, and your pilot's safety briefing.

Not by default — but on request we can reserve your table at a special restaurant and arrange a champagne toast to follow your flight, so the evening continues after you land.
BOOKING & POLICIES
Do I need reservations?
Yes — reservations are required. Flights are arranged individually, so we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
What should I tell you when booking?
In the special request box at booking, please provide the passenger's full name(s) and weight(s), and let us know if you're celebrating anything special.
What is the cancellation policy?
This tour has a 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled flight receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees; cancellations within 72 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Please read your confirmation email for details.
