Tour Itinerary

Your guided hiking adventure begins with a pickup from your Sedona, Phoenix, or Scottsdale hotel. We’ll drive to the Sedona red rock country trailhead, where your guide will lead you through a pre-hike safety briefing and gear check before we set out on the trail.

The hike takes you through the iconic Sonoran Desert landscape, featuring towering red rock formations, diverse wildlife, and stunning panoramic views. You’ll explore the unique geological formations of the area and navigate the scenic trails. Along the way, your guide will share insights into the area’s rich history, from the Sinagua people to the homesteaders who followed.

After reaching a scenic overlook, we’ll break for a snack and water before beginning the return journey. The tour concludes with a comfortable transfer back to your hotel, leaving you with a deeper appreciation of Arizona’s natural beauty and history.

Pricing

$119 per person.
Groups of 8+ incur an automatic 15% gratuity.
All tours are subject to an 8.1% tax and 5% forest beautification surcharge.
Guide gratuity is not included.

Requirements

  • Skill Level: Moderate. The trail involves some rocky terrain and mild elevation changes.
  • Minimum Age: 10 years old.
  • Walking: Approximately 3 miles on a natural surface trail.
  • Attire: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes with good tread are required. No sandals or flip-flops.
