What is the Red Rock Shredder tour?
This is a guided mountain bike tour designed for intermediate to advanced riders looking to experience Sedona's world-class slickrock, technical features, and iconic red rock singletrack.
How long is the tour?
Approx. 3 to 4 Hours.
What trails will we ride?
Your expert guide customizes the exact route on the day of the tour based on the group's skills, fitness, and trail conditions to deliver the best possible Sedona riding experience.
What skill level is required?
Intermediate to Advanced. This ride features technical terrain, rocky rolls, and singletrack. Riders should be comfortable navigating moderate to difficult mountain bike trails.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & MEETING LOCATION
What is the minimum age?
Participants must be at least 12 years old. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where do we meet?
We meet at our bike shop partner in the Village of Oak Creek. The location and map instructions will be in your confirmation.
What should I wear?
Closed-toe shoes are required (sturdy athletic or flat-pedal bike shoes). We recommend moisture-wicking clothing, and sanitized helmets are provided.
WHAT TO BRING & GEAR
What should I bring?
Bring water, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera or phone. A small backpack or hydration pack is recommended for personal items.
Is the bike provided?
Yes, a high performance front suspension bike is included. Full-suspension upgrades may be available.
DEPARTURES & SEASONAL CONDITIONS
What are the departure times?
We depart at 8:00 AM from May through September. From October through April, departures are offered at 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
Do tours run in bad weather?
Tours operate in most weather conditions. In the event of unsafe weather or trail closures, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.
PRICING, EXCLUSIONS & POLICIES
How much does the tour cost?
Solo rider: $360
Groups of 2–7: $195 per person
Groups of 8–12: $195 per person (includes an automatic 15% gratuity)
Private tour upgrade: $75 per group.
Is guide gratuity included?
Guide gratuity is not included (except for groups of 8+ where 15% is added automatically). If you had a great ride, tips are always appreciated.
What is the cancellation policy?
This tour has a 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.
