What is the Scottsdale Bachelor & Bachelorette Adventure?
It's a fully custom bachelor/bachelorette celebration built around your crew: book a single adventure, or let us plan an entire day - adventure, food, sightseeing, and customized transportation, with luxury tastings and optional Scottsdale nightlife for the 21+ crowd. Every quote is all-inclusive and turn-key - no hidden fees or surprise tabs.

What activities can we choose?
Pick your intensity: scenic Jeep tours and hot-air balloon flights; active days of hiking, UTV/ATV, kayaking, SUP, or e-bikes; or full-throttle rock climbing, rappelling, canyoneering, and mountain biking. Food and spirits tastings, sightseeing, and Scottsdale nightlife can be added to any plan.

Is alcohol allowed during the adventures?
No. All physical adventure activities are 100% strictly dry - alcohol-free. Full-day itineraries are always scheduled sequentially: high-octane adventures first, followed by luxury tastings, dinner, and nightlife. Under no circumstances is alcohol permitted prior to or during climbing, canyoneering, UTV/ATV rides, or water and trail adventures.

How long is the tour?
A single adventure runs to its own schedule; full-day plans typically run 6-8 hours. Departure times are tailored to your group and the season - in warm months, the adventure portions depart early morning for optimal temperatures, followed by afternoon tastings and evening nightlife.

Is the tour private?
Yes - it's your crew only, with a professional guide. Transportation is customized to your plan: from standard round-trip activity transfers to an all-day dedicated private group chauffeur who stays with your party from the morning trailhead through late-night Scottsdale club drop-offs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Are there age restrictions?
Guests under 21 are welcome on the adventures - they simply can't join bar visits or tastings. Participants 21 and over need a valid government-issued ID for tasting and nightlife venues.

How physically demanding is this tour?
That's up to you. Days range from light scenic experiences anyone can enjoy to 4+ hours of demanding adventure. We match the itinerary to your group's comfort level.

What should I wear?
Casual or athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes, with sun protection on adventure days. Technical gear is provided for climbing, rappelling, and canyoneering.

Whatever we arrange is covered: all arranged venue fees, covers, and booked services are rolled into your quote - no hidden fees or surprise tabs. Building blocks include professional activity guides (certified technical guides for advanced adventures), the adventures you choose, food and tastings, sightseeing, and transportation - from activity transfers to an all-day private group chauffeur - when it's part of your plan.

WHAT TO BRING

What should I bring?
Bring a valid government-issued ID for guests 21 and over (required for tasting and nightlife venues), closed-toe shoes, sun protection, and a camera for group and activity photos.

PRICING & BOOKING

How much does the tour cost?
Every plan is custom, so there's no fixed price - but every quote is all-inclusive and turn-key: guide fees, gear, permits, planned tasting flights, driver gratuities, and venue entry fees/covers are rolled into one transparent price, so your group never splits tabs or manages logistics day-of. The quote depends on group size, what we plan (a single adventure or a full day), your date, and add-ons like VIP nightlife hosts or extra stops. Contact us for a custom quote.

What if our headcount changes?
Roster changes are handled under the 7-day cancellation window. Per-person adventure/tour fees may be partially refundable or adjustable outside 7 days, but fixed private charter costs - dedicated vehicles/chauffeurs, private venue reservations - are fixed group expenses and cannot be discounted if individual guests drop out.

How does planning and booking work?
Reach out with your crew size, dates, and what you're after - a single adventure or a full day with food, sightseeing, and customized transportation. We propose a custom itinerary and quote - and we talk before we charge a card. Nothing is booked until you approve every detail.

Are reservations required?
Yes. Book in advance to secure guides and venue slots. Guests joining physical outdoor adventures - climbing, canyoneering, UTV/ATV, hiking, or water/trail activities - sign the Assumption of Risk waiver at least 72 hours before the tour (an easy digital link your organizer can share with the group chat). Low-risk culinary or chauffeured-only itineraries don't require it - those bookings simply follow standard venue check-in terms.

What is the cancellation policy?
This tour has a 7-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 7 days will be charged 100% of the tour fee.
