ITINERARY
Embark on a guided Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) tour on the Lower Salt River, experiencing the desert landscape from a thrilling new perspective. Learn about the natural history, flora, and fauna of the Sonoran Desert while paddling through beautiful riparian zones. Enjoy scenic views of mountains and wildlife as you navigate the serene waters. Our put-in spot is just a short drive from most Phoenix & Scottsdale hotels, making it convenient for you to join us. Gather your friends and get ready for an unforgettable adventure on the water! This tour is for advanced paddlers with experience on moving water only.

While the Salt River Wild Horses often frequient the river, it is not guaranteed that they'll be present.

Cost:  $151/person (4-person minimum)

• Private tours available for an additional $200.
• Transportation (when available) for $250 from select hotels/resorts.

Departure Times: October-April - 8:30am & 1:00pm; May-September - 7:30am.

Includes:  Professional certified guide/instructor, equipment, dry bag, water & snacks, permits.

Season:  This tour is available year round, weather dependent.

Skill level:  All guests must have previous moving water SUP experience for the advanced river tour.

Notes:  RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.  Minimum height 4'10".  Children 12+ permitted.  Shoes that can get wet and will not come off in the water are required.  Sport sandals (Teva/Chaco/Keen/etc) are ok.  No flip flops or bare feet.  Participants should wear swimwear or athletic clothes that have a good range of motion and can get wet. We suggest guests bring a t-shirt for additional sun protection as well as sunscreen that is SPF 30 or higher.  Don't forget a waterproof camera!  Wetsuit rentals are available, please inquire.

Cancellation Policy:  This tour has a 72-hour cancelation policy.  If your plans change for any reason, please be sure to noeify us at least 72-hours prior to the day of your tour to avoid charges.
