What is the Private Grand Canyon South Rim Tour?
It's a full-day private guided tour from Phoenix or Scottsdale to the Grand Canyon South Rim. You get your own dedicated guide and vehicle, flexible timing, and the ability to customize your itinerary.
How long is the tour?
The tour lasts 11-13 hours. Tours typically depart between 6:00-7:00 AM and return between 7:00-8:00 PM.
How much time do we spend at the Grand Canyon?
You'll spend approximately 3 hours inside Grand Canyon National Park exploring the South Rim, Grand Canyon Village, El Tovar, and Hopi House.
Can we make stops along the way?
Yes! Your guide can include optional stops such as Cameron Trading Post on the Navajo Nation, the historic Route 66 town of Williams, or Sedona with Oak Creek Canyon.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
What's included in the tour?
The tour includes round-trip luxury transportation from most Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Tempe hotels, a private expert guide, Grand Canyon National Park entrance fees, and unlimited bottled water.
What's not included?
Meals, guide gratuities, third-party activities, and the optional helicopter tour are not included. Guests may bring food or purchase meals during the day.

Is there a fee for non-US citizens?
Yes, the National Park Service requires a $100 per person Non-Resident Fee for all non-U.S. citizens visiting select national parks, including the Grand Canyon.
PRICING & BOOKING
How much does the tour cost?
Private SUV (1-3 guests): $1,100/group. Private SUV (4-5 guests): $1,200/group. Private Van (6-13 guests): $1,800/group. Plus a $40/group fuel surcharge.

Are reservations required?
Yes, reservations are required.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the tour date, at which point all sales are final and no refunds will be given. We do not offer refunds or credits for cancelled flights or illness unless notified outside the cancellation period. We highly recommend booking your tour on a date that occurs at least two days after you arrive.
