Tour Itinerary

Your road cycling adventure begins when you meet at our Tempe bike shop, where your guide will lead you through a comprehensive pre-ride safety briefing, bike fitting, and completion of the liability release form before we set out on the road.

The ride takes you along optimized road paths chosen to match your riding priorities, featuring stunning views of the desert landscape and mountain ranges. Along the way, your guide will share a wealth of information about the area's geography and history, with plenty of water and high-energy snacks on hand.

After completing the ride, we'll head back - leaving you with unforgettable memories and images of the Sonoran Desert's incomparable landscape.

Pricing

Solo rider: $390
2-3 guests: $195 per person
4-9 guests: $156 per person
Guide gratuity is not included.
Transportation is an additional $295 per activity.
Private tour requests are an additional $200 per activity.

Bikes & Pedals

Your tour includes the best available carbon frame road bike rental. The fleet includes High Performance road bikes (Trek Emonda SL7 Disc carbon with Shimano Ultegra Di2) and Performance road bikes (Cannondale SuperSix carbon or Trek Domane SL5 with Shimano 105). Looking to rent beyond the tour? Current rental rates start at $125 per 24 hours for High Performance carbon and $90 per 24 hours for Performance carbon, with multi-day rates available - contact us for details.

Pedal options: Flat pedals are the standard inclusion. Clipless pedals are complimentary upon request: Shimano SPD, Shimano SPD-SL, Crank Bros Egg Beaters, Time ATAC, and Look Keo. You are also welcome to bring your own pedals - we are happy to install them for you.

Requirements

• Skill Level: Intermediate to advanced; routes are tailored to each guest, from scenic rides to fast-paced training rides.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• Riding: Cycling time is typically 2.5-3 hours, with route lengths from 15 to 100 miles chosen to match your riding priorities.
• Attire: Closed-toe shoes required. Comfortable athletic clothing (bike shorts) recommended.

Season & Departure Times

This tour operates daily with prior reservation. The morning timeframe is 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM and the afternoon timeframe is 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
