ITINERARY
Experience the best of Arizona on a narrated flight from Phoenix, soaring over Sedona's Red Rock formations, the San Francisco Peaks, the Painted Desert, and the Navajo Indian Reservation. Enjoy a scenic overflight of the Grand Canyon's widest and deepest point, followed by a ground tour customized by your professional guide. Explore scenic overlooks and learn about the canyon's geology, flora, fauna, and history. Conclude with a visit to historic Grand Canyon Village, where you can explore landmarks like El Tovar Lodge and Kolb Studios. Prepare for a unique and unforgettable adventure tailored to your interests.

Don't have all day?  Go with our Air Only option and get the same great narrated flight as above, but skip the ground tour at Grand Canyon National Park!  Tours depart daily at around 3pm but morning tours can be requested if availability allows.  3-person minimum.

Duration:  Half day (approx 6 hours from Phoenix, 5 hours from Sedona).

Departs:  Deer Valley Airport (7:00am check-in; 7:30am departure) or Sedona Airport (7:15 check-in, 8:00 departure).

Includes:  Ground transportation at the Grand Canyon, entry fees & bottled water. During the winter the vehicles are enclosed and blankets are provided.

Cost: 

• From Deer Valley Airport:  2-Guests: $807/person; 3-Guests: $669/person
• From Sedona Airport:  2-Guests - $857/person; 3-Guests - $719/person
• Add a lunch for $20/person - choose between a Turkey, Ham or Vegetarian Sandwich (unfortunately modifications are not available). Guests may purchase cancellation insurance for $22.98/person.  Infants under 2 years old are free and will sit on the lap of the parents.

Season:  This tour is available year round.

Skill level:  Minimum age is 18 months old.

Notes:  RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.  Fuel surcharges may apply.  Sunscreen and hats are recommended.  Don't forget your camera!  Children 2 and under will sit on the lap of a parent/guardian. Transportation is not available for this tour.

Cancellation Policy:  This tour has a 7-day cancellation policy.  If you cancel within this window you will be charged 50% of your tour fee. Passengers can purchase cancellation insurance at $22.98 per person which will allow them to cancel up to 24 hours in advance with no penalties or fees.  Cancellation insurance must be purchased at time of booking.  Weather cancellations are made for dangerous weather conditions and only the pilots are able to make that decision.
