What is the Advanced H1 Hummer Tour?
This is an extreme off-road adventure through the Sonoran Desert in a military-grade Hummer H1. Expert guides navigate Scottsdale’s most challenging terrain, including steep inclines, rocky washes, and rugged trails inaccessible to ordinary vehicles.

How long is the tour?
The total tour duration is approximately 3–4 hours, which includes about 2 hours of trail time.

Do I need to drive?
No. An experienced guide handles all driving so you can focus on enjoying the adventure.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

What is the minimum age for this tour?
Participants must be 3 years of age or older. A car seat is required for children 5 and under.

What should I wear?
Closed-toe shoes and long pants are mandatory. Flip-flops and sandals are not permitted.


WHAT TO BRING & WHAT TO WEAR

What should I bring?
We recommend bringing a camera, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection.


WEATHER & SEASONAL CONDITIONS

When is this tour available?
The tour is available year-round. Summer tours are restricted to early morning departures to avoid the heat.

Do tours run in bad weather?
Tours operate rain or shine. We only cancel tours for dangerous weather conditions, and the decision to do so is made solely at the discretion of 360 Adventures.


PICKUP & TRANSPORTATION

Where does the tour depart from?
The tour departs from the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Complimentary hotel/resort pickup is available for most Scottsdale locations.

What are the departure times?
Standard departure times are 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Tour times may fluctuate based on the time of year; check the reservation system for current availability.

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.


MEALS & AMENITIES

Is water provided?
Yes, snacks and water are included on the tour.

Are there restrooms at the trailhead?
No, there are no restrooms at the trailhead. Please plan accordingly.


PHOTOGRAPHY

Are photos included?
Yes. Free photos of daytime tours are provided via SmugMug.


BOOKING & POLICIES

Are reservations required?
Yes. Reservations are required for this tour.

Is there a minimum number of guests?
Yes. A minimum of 6 people is required for the tour to operate. Your personal group does not need to meet this minimum, as smaller parties may be grouped together.

What is your cancellation policy?
This tour has a 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date will be charged 100% of the tour fee. Cancellations made outside the 72-hour window will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and must receive written confirmation to be valid.

What happens if 360 Adventures cancels the tour?
In the rare event that 360 Adventures must cancel the tour, you will receive a 100% refund, including any fees.
