Please dress appropriately for the weather forecast. Temperatures at the canyon are typically 20-30 degrees (F) below the temperatures in Phoenix/Scottsdale.

What should I bring?
Sunglasses are recommended. Don't forget your camera! You may also want to pack your own lunch for ultimate choice on cost and composition, or you can purchase lunch on the way—ask your guide for suggestions.


SEASON & DEPARTURES

When is this tour available?
This tour is available year round, weather dependent.

What time does the tour depart?
Tours depart between 6:00am and 7:00am from select hotels in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, and Tempe area.

Will I be picked up from my hotel?
Pick up from your hotel is not guaranteed. Your guides will contact you the evening prior to departure with the exact pick up time and location.

Do I need a reservation?
Yes, reservations are required for this tour.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid availability issues.

What is the payment policy?
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

What is the cancellation policy?
This tour has a 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date will be charged 100% of the tour fee. Cancellations made outside the 72-hour window will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

How do I cancel my reservation?
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. All cancellations must receive written confirmation to be valid.

What happens if 360 Adventures cancels the tour?
In the rare event that 360 Adventures must cancel the tour, you will receive a 100% refund, including any fees.

Does the tour operate in bad weather?
Tours operate rain or shine. We only cancel tours for dangerous weather conditions, and the decision to do so is made solely at the discretion of 360 Adventures.
