- The "Perfect Match" Review: We review every request to ensure the experience aligns with your goals. If we have questions or your date is unavailable, we’ll reach out with alternatives before any funds are captured. (This ensures you aren't charged a non-refundable processing fee for a tour that isn't a great fit!)
- Confirmation: Once your adventure is confirmed, your payment will be processed and you will receive your final confirmation email.
- Read Carefully: Please review your confirmation email thoroughly for critical trip information. Important: Do not reply directly to that automated email, as we do not monitor that inbox. Instead, reach us anytime at [email protected].
