For guests who want more than a few quick suggestions, we provide thoughtful, personalized planning designed around your group’s interests, comfort level, pace, and overall vision for the trip. Whether you are dreaming of iconic Arizona landscapes, hidden gems, scenic exploration, or a more adventure-forward itinerary, we help shape the experience around what feels right for you.

Our team is led by an Arizona native who has been guiding professionally since 1992, and that experience shapes every recommendation we make. We know this state deeply, and we know that the best trips are not built from generic lists or internet searches—they are built around the people taking them.

This questionnaire is the first step in that process.

It gives us the insight we need to understand your group, your priorities, your bucket-list interests, your preferred pace, your comfort level, and the things you definitely do not want included. The more detail you share, the better we can tailor your Arizona adventure with care, precision, and local expertise.

Once we receive your questionnaire and planning retainer, we create an initial itinerary based on your input, then refine it with you through personalized support until it feels like the right fit.

• A custom initial itinerary based on your questionnaire and planning goals
• Up to three revisions (for up to four itinerary versions total)
• Up to five scheduled calls (up to 30 minutes per call)

Important: All Adventure Concierge support—including scheduled calls, email, and text communication—is provided during 360 business hours.

Investment: Adventure Concierge is available for a one-time, non-refundable $100 planning retainer. This retainer is required before planning begins and may be applied as a credit toward one confirmed reservation booked through us for your current tour dates, less processing fees. The credit applies to one reservation only and may not be divided among multiple bookings.

Scope of service: Adventure Concierge is a planning and recommendation service. We help with adventure selection, itinerary design, pacing, activity matching, and overall trip flow. We are happy to take your preferences for lodging, dining, transportation, and travel style into account as we shape your itinerary, and we may offer recommendations where helpful; however, we do not book accommodations, rentals, restaurant reservations, or other third-party travel arrangements on your behalf.

Phone support policy: Phone support is reserved for fully paid, confirmed reservations and is also provided during 360 business hours. Once a reservation is fully paid and confirmed, support transitions to standard post-booking guest service, including urgent day-of-tour communication during 360 business hours.
