Tour Itinerary

Our day starts with a quick pre-trip conversation to get a sense of your experience, goals, and overall comfort level. That’s also when we choose the climbing areaMcDowell Sonoran Preserve, Camelback Mountain, or one of the Queen Creek crags—based on what fits the group and the day. Each location has its own meeting point, which we’ll confirm ahead of time. When we meet up, we’ll do a simple gear check and make sure you have everything you need.

Once we’re at the crag, we’ll walk through the plan and choose routes that match your ability and the permits we operate under. Once we’re at the crag, we’ll walk through the plan and choose routes that match your ability and the permits we operate under. We’ll climb routes of varying grade and move around throughout the day so you get the most out of your time on the rock. Anchors are typically bolted, and when natural features make more sense, we use those. We’ll keep you climbing at a steady, comfortable pace—usually right up until you decide you’ve had your fill.

Once we're done, we'll pack up and head out.  Make sure to ask your guide where their favorite burger, burrito or pizza place is...they're locals, afterall!
