Is this a guided experience?
Yes. Your 360 Adventures guide leads the full day, and a Navajo guide leads the Lower Antelope Canyon portion.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

What is the minimum age?
Children ages 3 and older are welcome. Car seats or booster seats may be required under Arizona law; please bring one if needed.

How difficult is the tour?
Lower Antelope Canyon requires climbing stairs and navigating uneven surfaces. Guests should be comfortable with moderate physical activity.

How much walking is involved?
Lower Antelope Canyon involves walking, staircases, and narrow passageways. Horseshoe Bend requires a 1.5‑mile round‑trip walk on a maintained trail.

Is this tour suitable for guests with mobility limitations?
Lower Antelope Canyon is not recommended for guests with significant mobility challenges due to stairs and narrow passages.


WHAT TO BRING & WHAT TO WEAR

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed‑toe shoes are recommended. Expect sand, stairs, and uneven surfaces.

Can I bring a backpack?
Small bags are allowed, but large backpacks may be restricted inside the canyon.

Can I bring snacks or water?
Yes. Small snacks and non‑alcoholic beverages are welcome. We provide bottled water throughout the day.

Can I bring a tripod?
Tripods and monopods are not permitted inside Lower Antelope Canyon.


WEATHER & SEASONAL CONDITIONS

Do tours run in rain?
Tours operate in most weather conditions. However, slot canyons may close due to flash‑flood risk. Safety decisions are made by the Navajo Nation.

How hot does it get?
Page, Arizona can be significantly hotter than Phoenix in summer. Hydration and sun protection are essential.

Can weather affect the itinerary?
Yes. Flash‑flood conditions or Navajo Nation closures may require itinerary adjustments.


PICKUP & TRANSPORTATION

Do you pick up at my hotel?
Pickup is available from select Phoenix and Scottsdale hotels and resorts. If your location is not eligible, we’ll arrange a nearby meeting point with free and safe parking.

When will I know my pickup time?
Your guide will call the evening before your tour with your pickup window and rendezvous instructions.

What kind of vehicle will we be in?
We use comfortable, climate‑controlled touring vehicles appropriate for the group size.


MEALS & AMENITIES

Is lunch included?
Lunch is not included. You may pack your own or purchase lunch during the tour.

Is breakfast included?
No. We recommend eating a good breakfast before departure.

Are there bathrooms along the way?
Yes. We make regular stops throughout the day.


PHOTOGRAPHY

Can I take photos inside Antelope Canyon?
Yes. Photography is allowed, but tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are not permitted.

Is this a photography tour?
No. This is a sightseeing tour. Photography tours are no longer offered in Lower Antelope Canyon.


BOOKING & POLICIES

Do I need reservations?
Yes. Antelope Canyon frequently sells out, especially during peak seasons.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to 72 hours before your tour for a full refund.

Is there a minimum number of guests?
Yes. A minimum number of guests is required to confirm a public tour.
