What is the Sedona Air & Wine tour?
This full-day luxury air and wine tour takes you on a scenic flight over Sedona's iconic red rocks, Tonto National Forest, and the Mazatzal Wilderness. You'll visit three premier wineries, enjoy curated wine tastings, and savor a gourmet picnic lunch with artisan cheeses before returning with breathtaking aerial views of Oak Creek, historic Jerome, and Lake Pleasant.

How long is the tour?
The tour is approximately 7 hours.

What will I see during the flight?
On your outbound flight, you'll soar over Sedona's red rocks, Tonto National Forest, and the Mazatzal Wilderness. Your return flight showcases aerial views of Oak Creek, historic Jerome, and Lake Pleasant.

Which wineries will we visit?
You'll visit three premier wineries: Page Springs Cellars, Javelina Leap Vineyard & Winery, and Oak Creek Vineyards & Winery.

REQUIREMENTS

Do I need any experience to take this tour?
No experience is necessary.

Are there any physical requirements?
There is minimal walking around the vineyards. Guests should be comfortable with light walking on winery grounds.

Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes. Guests must be at least 21 years old to participate in this tour.

GEAR & EQUIPMENT

What should I wear?
Dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather. Sunscreen and a hat are recommended.

What should I bring?
Bring your camera to capture the incredible views. You'll also want to bring a credit card or cash for wine tastings, which are not included in the tour price.

SEASON & DEPARTURES

When are tours available?
Tours are available year-round on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Where does the tour depart from?
The tour departs from Deer Valley Airport. Check in at 8:30 AM; departure is at 9:00 AM.

What time does the tour return?
The tour returns at approximately 4:00 PM.

RESERVATIONS

Are reservations required?
Yes. Reservations are required for all tours.

Can I book as an individual or small group?
Yes. Groups may be combined to meet the minimum. The luxury limo-bus seats approximately 18, so space is limited.

Are wine tastings included in the tour price?
No. Wine tastings are not included in the tour price. This allows for personal customization at each winery.

Is lunch included?
Yes. A gourmet picnic lunch with artisan cheeses is included. Lunch options change seasonally. Bottled water is also provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

What is the cancellation policy?
This tour has a 7-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date will be charged 100% of the tour fee. Cancellations made outside the 7-day window will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and must receive written confirmation to be valid.

What happens if 360 Adventures cancels the tour?
In the rare event that 360 Adventures must cancel the tour, you will receive a 100% refund, including any fees.

What if there is bad weather?
Tours operate rain or shine. 360 Adventures only cancels tours for dangerous weather conditions, and the decision to do so is made solely at the discretion of 360 Adventures.
