What kind of routes do you offer?
We offer fully customizable routes ranging from 15 to 100 miles. Our tours can include everything from flat desert roads to challenging climbs and fast-paced training rides.
Where do the tours depart from?
All tours depart from our Tempe shop. Please ensure you have the correct directions to the Tempe location prior to your scheduled departure time.
What is included in the tour?
Your tour includes an experienced guide, bottled water, and snacks. Guides also carry First Aid kits and cell phones for your safety.
What is the minimum age for this tour?
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
How fit do I need to be?
Riders should possess a solid base level of fitness. While our guides will move at the pace of the slowest rider, distances vary and the terrain is active.
What is the required skill level?
This tour is designed for Intermediate to Advanced road cyclists.
Are bikes included in the tour price?
No, bike rentals are an additional cost. We offer Standard, Performance, and High-Performance bike options to suit your riding style.
What about pedals and shoes?
Closed-toe shoes are required. We can provide Shimano SPD, Shimano SPD SL, Time ATAC, or Look Keo pedals upon request. You are also welcome to bring your own pedals and riding shoes.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all riders must sign an online waiver prior to arrival to participate in the tour.
When are tours available?
Our road biking tours are available year-round. From November through April, we depart at 8am and 1pm. From May through October, we depart at 7am to enjoy the cooler morning temperatures.
Do you ride in the rain?
Tours operate rain or shine. We recommend checking the forecast and dressing appropriately. 360 Adventures will only cancel a tour in the event of dangerous weather.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, reservations are required for all guided road biking tours to ensure guide and equipment availability.
Can I book a private tour?
Yes, private tours are available for an additional fee. We also offer hotel pick-up services for groups of up to 10 people.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to 72 hours before your tour for a full refund (minus any applicable processing fees). Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date will be charged 100% of the tour fee.
How do I submit a cancellation?
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and confirmed by us in writing to be valid.
