All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations made outside the 72-hour window will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees. In the rare event that 360 Adventures must cancel the tour, you will receive a 100% refund, including any fees.

Tours operate rain or shine. We only cancel tours for dangerous weather conditions at the sole discretion of 360 Adventures.
