360 Adventures Cancellation Policy

At 360 Adventures, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences while maintaining clear and fair policies. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply to all bookings and services offered by 360 Adventures.


Tour-Specific Terms

Each tour or activity offered by 360 Adventures is subject to its own cancellation terms. These specific terms will be outlined in your confirmation email upon booking. It is the guest's responsibility to carefully review the confirmation email to understand the cancellation policy that applies to their reservation.


Cancellation Procedure

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to:

Cancellations are not valid unless received in writing. The effective date of your cancellation will be the date your written notice is received by 360 Adventures. Verbal cancellations, including those made by phone or in person, are not accepted.


Refund Eligibility

Eligibility for refunds is determined by the cancellation terms provided in your confirmation email. In general, timely cancellations will result in a full or partial refund, less any applicable administrative or processing fees.


Rescheduling and Modifications

Requests to reschedule a tour are treated as cancellations followed by new bookings. Approval is at the sole discretion of 360 Adventures and is subject to availability, applicable fees, and the original tour’s cancellation terms.


Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Guests are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point at the time stated in their confirmation. Guests who arrive late or fail to arrive altogether ("no-shows") will forfeit their reservation and will not be eligible for a refund.

360 Adventures cannot delay departures for late arrivals.


Company-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that 360 Adventures must cancel a tour due to unsafe conditions, inclement weather, guide availability, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, including any processing or booking fees.


Force Majeure

360 Adventures shall not be held liable for failure to perform or fulfill obligations when such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of war, pandemics, civil disturbances, or other "force majeure" events. In such cases, 360 Adventures reserves the right to retain funds to cover non-recoverable costs.


Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected changes in travel plans, including trip cancellations, delays, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseeable circumstances. 360 Adventures is not responsible for costs incurred due to missed tours or cancellations outside the cancellation terms.


Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this policy or services provided by 360 Adventures shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
