At 360 Adventures, we work hard to provide exceptional experiences while maintaining clear and fair policies for all reservations. This Cancellation Policy explains the general terms that apply to bookings made with 360 Adventures.
Please note: specific cancellation terms may vary by tour. Guests are responsible for reviewing their confirmation email carefully, as it contains the cancellation policy and booking terms that apply to their specific reservation.
Each tour or activity offered by 360 Adventures may have its own cancellation deadline, refund terms, and booking conditions. Those details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If there is any conflict between this Cancellation Policy and your confirmation email, the terms in your confirmation email will control.

Cancellations are not valid unless received in writing. The effective date of cancellation is the date your written notice is received by 360 Adventures. Verbal cancellations, including those made by phone, voicemail, or in person, are not accepted. Cancellation submitted as a reply to your confirmation are not valid.
Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation terms provided in your confirmation email. If a cancellation qualifies for a refund under those terms, the refund will be issued less any applicable processing fees.
Guests may request to reschedule a tour, and we will do our best to accommodate the request based on availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed. If a reservation is rescheduled, the applicable cancellation window will be measured using either the original tour date or the new tour date, whichever is sooner.
Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting location at the time stated in their confirmation email. Late arrivals and no-shows will forfeit their reservation and are not eligible for a refund. 360 Adventures cannot delay departures for late guests.
In rare situations, 360 Adventures may need to cancel a tour due to unsafe conditions, weather, guide availability, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In those cases, we will offer either:
Decisions regarding weather, safety, and operating conditions are made at the sole discretion of 360 Adventures.
360 Adventures is not liable for failure to perform or fulfill its obligations when such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, road closures, government actions, public health emergencies, acts of war, civil disturbances, labor disruptions, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, 360 Adventures reserves the right to retain amounts necessary to cover non-recoverable costs.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans, including cancellations, delays, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. 360 Adventures is not responsible for losses, expenses, or missed tour costs outside the terms of the applicable cancellation policy.
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this policy or services provided by 360 Adventures shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
