The M1009 Blazer Tour is a guided off-road adventure through the Sonoran Desert aboard a military-grade Chevy M1009 Blazer. You'll travel along rugged dirt roads, rocky trails, and natural desert corridors while stopping at scenic viewpoints for photos and learning about the area's unique landscape and history.
How long is the tour?
The tour is approximately 3.5–4 hours, including approximately 2 hours of trail time.
What makes the M1009 Blazer special?
The M1009 Blazer is a military-style vehicle featuring a powerful diesel V8 engine and the best shocks available, allowing guests to explore rocky, steep trails in comfort. The military-grade rear Gov-Lock system provides supreme handling and confidence on any terrain.
Do I need off-road experience?
No experience is necessary. Your professional guide handles all the driving while you enjoy the views.
What are the physical requirements?
Guests must be able to get into and out of the vehicle without assistance. You will also be walking in a desert setting during photo stops.
What should I wear?
Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required. No flip flops or sandals.
What should I bring?
Bring sun protection, weather-appropriate clothing, and a camera to capture the desert scenery.

Yes, snacks and water are provided on the tour.

When is this tour available?
This tour is available year round with seasonally adjusted departure times.
What time does the tour depart?
Tours depart at 8:00am or 1:00pm. Please check the reservation system for current availability, as tour times fluctuate based on time of year.

For each tour time, a minimum of 4 people must be booked in order to operate the tour. Your party does not have to meet the 4-person minimum—we can group parties together. We will contact you if the tour minimums for your selected time slot are not met.

What is the cancellation policy?
This tour has a 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date will be charged 100% of the tour fee. Cancellations made outside the 72-hour window will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. All cancellations must receive written confirmation to be valid.
What happens if 360 Adventures cancels the tour?
In the rare event that 360 Adventures must cancel the tour, you will receive a 100% refund, including any fees.
Do tours run in bad weather?
Tours operate rain or shine. We only cancel tours for dangerous weather conditions, and the decision to do so is made solely at the discretion of 360 Adventures.
