Adventure Advisors

For the meeting planner or group coordinator that doesn’t require the assistance of a full-service DMC, we offer our Adventure Advisor service.  Sometimes, all you need is someone to handle the adventures!

Over the years, we’ve developed partnerships with a vast network of vetted, professional tour operators.  We’ve been in the business for so long that we know who provides the highest caliber guest experiences in the industry.

We’ll work with you to coordinate off site adventures such as hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, balloon flights, ATV’s & Jeeps, and more.  We have permits and/or partners in the Scottsdale & Phoenix Metro area, Sedona and Grand Canyon.

Our a la carte service menu allows you to pick & choose the level of assistance.  Do you need us to handle the reservations & payments or would you rather tackle the logistics yourself?  One account or is everyone paying separately?  We can even help when transportation is an issue.  The bottom line is that we help save you money on yours!
