Wanna be a cowboy? Come along on the quintessential Arizona adventure - a classic trail ride! Seeing Arizona's spectacular desert scenery from the back of a horse gives you a taste of the Old West. Imagine riding trails that have been used for hundreds of years by lawmen, outlaws, indians and settlers.
You need to experience the “Old West” the real cowboy way – on horseback. You’ll find some of the best horseback trails in all of Arizona. Our experienced wranglers and horses will make sure you have both a fun, and a safe, ride. Our riding stable provides guided horseback trail rides through the Tonto National Forest in the majestic Goldfield mountain range; trails take you on saguaro cactus-studded ridges, across or along the Lower Salt River, into dry arroyos, and up the creosote-covered hills that overlook Saguaro Lake.
Feel the towering saguaro cactus gazing upon you as we tell the colorful history of lost gold mines and the mysteries of the Sonoran Desert. Learn about the wild west and what makes this landscape special.
