Tombstone Day Tour
Hop aboard a custom touring van for an unforgettable trip to Tombstone and San Xavier Mission. After leaving Phoenix/Scottsdale, you'll head south through the Sonoran Desert, one of the lushest deserts on Earth and home to the Saguaro cactus. Pass historic Picacho Peak, site of the Civil War's western-most battle. Upon arriving in Tombstone, relive the reality and legends of one of the West's most famous towns. You can belly up to the bar in Big Nose Kate's Saloon, visit the museum at the Tombstone courthouse, tour the legendary Birdcage Theatre, imagine the gunfight at the OK Corral and walk among the gravestones in Boot Hill Cemetery.
Before returning to Phoenix, pay a visit to one of the Southwest's best preserved missions, San Xavier del Bac. Known as the White Dove of the Desert, it was founded as a Catholic mission by Father Kino in 1692 and is the oldest intact European structure in Arizona, filled with original Statuary and mural paintings.
