RESERVATION & CANCELLATION

360 Adventures (360) reserves the right to cancel any tour due to acts of nature, trail conditions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to run a trip. If 360 is unable to provide you with another trip that is satisfactory, all monies paid will be refunded and shall constitute full settlement with you. 360 is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and any penalties associated with such tickets. 

Full & Half Day Tours

A credit card pre-authorization is required to create a reservation.

Your credit card will not be charged until the date of your tour.

Final payment is due at the completion of your adventure.

Customized final payment options are available.

Cancellations are based on departure time.

More than 24 hours = Full Refund.

Less than 24 Hours = No Refund.

Multi Day Trips

A 50% credit card pre-authorization is required to create a reservation.

Payment in full is due 15 days prior to departure.

Reservations less than 15 days require full payment.

Cancellations are based on departure date.
